Today is the day we have reached 500 Likes on Facebook, a big milestone in the early days. Definitely need to document for posterity.

Groupon to offer deals on college tuition

In what appears to be one of the most interesting examples of the group discount phenomenon, National Louis University in Chicago is set to offer a group discount on tuition on one of its graduate teaching programs. The offer is for one class for $950 instead of the usual $2,232, which is for a three credit course that counts towards a graduate degree.

This is an extremely interesting use of Groupon and we're certainly interested to see what the results are. While we don't offer savings on tuition just yet, if this works, we might have to add it to the list! Of course, it will be most interesting to know how Groupon will know who is actually in the market for this sort of thing!
